Planning and control of the standard product development of a digital workplace system; Coordination of the internal standard project-related processes (requirements management, conception, development planning, quality assurance)

Requirements analysis and development of technical solution concepts for product expansions and improvements

Close cooperation with project management, support and development

Observing the competition and developing a product strategy

Creation of a development roadmap for the standard product including release planning

Regular coordination of the pen test & other product-specific certifications

Support of projects in the initiation and sales phase; Creation of presentations for sales/marketing purposes

Creation of product documentation and training material

Participation in internal processes and collaboration practices

University degree in business administration, communication sciences, information management, business informatics, mathematics, human resources management or comparable

High willingness to assume responsibility and work independently

High communication and coordination skills

Enjoy working collaboratively on solutions with an interdisciplinary team

Organizational talent as well as a high level of analytical and strategic competence

Technical understanding of content management / digital workplace systems

Management experience in IT projects, knowledge of software lifecycle management and experience with project process models (e.g. Scrum) are advantageous
