The application is now available to download from the Android and iOS app stores.”

Find waste disposal locations, opening times and contact details, separate recyclables and waste correctly, swap or give away used items instead of throwing them away or book bulky waste collection online: These and many other services can be used at any time and from anywhere with the “Mein ZKE” app. For users already registered with ZKE, the application for waste bin weight information is of course also available.

ZKE plant manager Björn Althaus explains why ZKE is launching its own app: “We are responding to the change in our customers’ user behaviour. Around two thirds of our online services are now accessed from a mobile device. We want to offer this in an even more customer-friendly way with the ‘Mein ZKE’ app.”

Users can download the “Mein ZKE” app free of charge from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
