NEOCOSMO GmbH is a growing company with great team spirit based in Saarbrücken and Berlin. Our mission: to improve communication, collaboration and education in organizations. To achieve this, we develop award-winning Digital Workplaces for companies and public institutions with the help of our cloud-based software solution PIIPE.

Our offers for students

  • Working student position: As a student:in, we will employ you at NEOCOSMO for between 12 and 20 hours per week in addition to your full-time studies.

  • Paid internships: Whether it’s a mandatory internship or a career orientation – we pay for your internship time at NEOCOSMO.

  • Paid theses: We are always interested in new techniques. Are you doing research in the areas of chatbots, cognitive services, language translation, search result analysis, user analytics, website caching or automated testing? Then we look forward to supporting you with your thesis. We are always open to your own ideas!

  • We are interested in long-term cooperation. Therefore, we offer good prospects for a takeover after graduation.

Your profile

  • University degree in computer science, media informatics, UI/UX design or comparable

  • First experience in the development of web applications using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

  • Good knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, React, Angular)

  • Good knowledge in PHP and SQL, basic knowledge in Drupal would be desirable

  • Strong awareness of user experience and software quality

  • Knowledge of JIRA and Git

  • Initial experience with cloud-hosted microservices or technical knowledge with cloud services / Azure cloud is desirable

  • Agile mindset and DevOps mentality
