Publication processes
Authors determine how and with whom they communicate – even in omni channels.
The editing process defines in which rubrics or categories and with regard to which keywords, articles will be published. Authors specify, if articles will be highlighted, publication dates, and if contents will be available for all users or only for certain target groups.
Furthermore, authors have the possibility to determine if the articles to be written will be published on social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, XING, LinkedIn and many more, as well. To simplify social media publishing, authors can include the posting texts for their social media channels directly in the publication process.
Content Management

The content management console of PIIPE provides the editorial department with a simple overview of the created articles. Several filters show different various views of the content. You can immediately see which content has been published in which language and which translations are still needed. Preview links allow external users to give feedback before the release of an article.
Our multilingualism tool facilitates the management and the translation of content to be published in more than one language. Translations can be added by visually comparing between original language and translation.
Curation
Use content from the web.
Content Curation is a trend. The idea behind this technique: It is not necessary anymore to write it all yourself. Content from the web, such as videos, Wikipedia articles, twitter posts, can be integrated and linked or connected to your own content. PIIPE supports curation, which means the rearrangement of existing content, and thus simplifies the editorial work.
Even the editorial reference to existing web articles and the presentation as snippets including a summary and a link to the original source is embedded in PIIPE in form of an integrated tool.

PIIPE is more than just a platform, on which you can post content. PIIPE contains intelligent processes, so that you can notify users in a custom-fit way to keep them informed. In doing so, interest, relevance and the prevention of an information overload play a significant role.

Users can follow themes and persons that are of interest to them or subscribe to specific rubrics. They can decide on their own at which frequency they would like to be informed about the latest content, that matches their profile. In this way, users stay automatically up-to-date.

How do you introduce and teach a new topic to your employees – let’s say Industry 4.0. Especially topics, which change very quickly because of the technological progress, present a major challenge. Evaluation possibility using standard tools – depending on customer preference
We do not need to develop everything by ourselves. In PIIPE, it is our philosophy to rely on standards, where we dispose of good standards. This applies especially for the Analytics tool. A standard tool like PIWIK or Google Analytics offers much more, than we could realize by ourselves. Following customer requests, we will develop evaluations that go beyond predefined analyses. For instance, we can not only analyse which articles or videos are opened by your users, but also if they are read or watched in whole or in part. Naturally, our analyses are totally anonymous – data protection is an extremely important matter to us.

Our PIIPE2Print feature makes it possible to bundle and to publish articles in form of a special issue or volume. The layout is automatically configured in accordance with an individually generated customized template. References and links to videos of the platform can be displayed. Upon request, cover, imprint and other pages can directly be integrated. A PDF version of your print magazine will be supplied as well.
