A flood of information in outdated documents and templates, nested in the depths of their wiki that no one could find anymore and a wiki that was simply not up to date – This was the initial situation of the Kempten University of Applied Sciences when they approached us for a request for a modern social intranet.

The requirement for NEOCOSMO was accordingly the realization of a modern Social Intranet, in which news and current information of the university have a high value, documents and templates can be found quickly and easily and the exchange within a closed group with the colleagues is made possible. A social intranet that brings added value for all users and is available for daily work as well as being a source of pleasure.

Within a very short time, the PIIPE platform was introduced as an intranet solution together with the customer. At the beginning of February 2023, the modern social intranet went online and is already indispensable at the HS Kempten. The users enjoy the platform, exchange information, have a good overview of their departments and are in a very positive mood. Thanks to the notification function in PIIPE, everyone is now always up to date and can find the information that is important to them at a glance. The mobile app is currently being added to the web platform.
