– Future Skills Journey (FSJ) Project –

NEOCOSMO is involved in the development of the national education platform

Within the project “Future-Skills-Journey” the project partners Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e. V. and NEOCOSMO build an interoperable topic portal, which is realized by NEOCOSMO and based on the NEOCOSMO platform PIIPE and the open source CMS Drupal 9. The Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e. V. identifies suitable “Future Skills” learning offers from the funding and project activities of the Stifterverband and curates learning offers and formats to Future Skills Journeys.

The development of structured, target group-oriented and individual learning paths for “Future Skills” for a large number of users as well as the connection of the cross-educational, cross-national and cross-institutional networks of the project partner Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e. V. to the digital education space represent the core objectives of the project. In addition, interfaces and standards for data exchange are to be further developed, building on the open-source preliminary work of the AI Campus and in the spirit of the NBP.

NEOCOSMO as technology partner will develop interfaces on the portal level and on the level of learning offers as well as establish interfaces and data exchange with selected universities, a state portal and further partners. Within the framework of the project, a future skills community consisting of members from science and industry will be established and maintained.
