NEOCOSMO wins several major customers with PIIPE Workplace and plans strong growth for 2021 and the subsequent years.

With the product lines PIIPE Workplace for social intranet, PIIPE App for mobile employee communication and PIIPE Magazine for digital online magazines, NEOCOSMO has been able to win major customers in companies and public administration in the last 12 months.

“Our focus on our product PIIPE, defined during the period of coronavirus pandemic, combined with the decision to invest even more than in previous years, is paying off. With our open-source-based development platform, we were able to significantly develop our product in a short period of time and thus become a relevant provider in the social intranet sector,” says Frank Milius, responsible for product development. Dr Volker Zimmermann adds: “Our customers appreciate our efficient and comprehensive cloud platform, which is easily adaptable and visually modern. Especially important to them are intelligent personalisation options, coordinated-decentralised content creation processes, a flexible information architecture and a high level of integration with social platforms as well as business and workflow applications.”

NEOCOSMO will increasingly focus its investments on smart, AI-based technologies in the digital workplace. Technologies have already entered the product with intelligent bot solutions as part of the social intranet and AI-based recommendations for content. The fact that NEOCOSMO, together with Festo SE & Co. KG, won the award for the Best Social Intranet in Germany at the end of 2020 is a source of pride for the entire NEOCOSMO team.

The company will double its turnover in 2021 and will also grow considerably in terms of the number of employees. Analogous growth is planned for 2022 and 2023. Internationalisation will play an increasing role in this context.
